Our Story

This collection of jewelry has grown beside me, piece by piece, moment by moment. Every piece marks a moment of my life: something found while traveling, gifted by a loved one, or passed down through generations. I’ve never thought of jewelry simply as decoration; it’s a way to keep places, people, and memories close. These pieces carry the hands that held them before mine, the landscapes where they were discovered.

Some items were inherited, carrying family history. Others were bought from markets across the world or pulled from shorelines and turned into keepsakes. Together, they form an archive that has grown with my experiences and reflects who I am through material and memory.

This site is my way of sharing that archive. Each piece is presented not only for its beauty, but for the story behind it, where it came from, who it connects me to, and what it means to me.

Heirloom Collection

The Heirloom Collection is the heart of this project. When my grandmother passed away, I was young, but I was given her jewelry box—pieces worn daily and others saved for special occasions, each carrying traces of her life. Those gold chains, stacked bangles, and pendants became my first understanding of how jewelry holds memory and presence after someone is gone. They are the foundation of this collection.

As I’ve grown older, I’ve realized inheriting her jewelry meant inheriting stories. Some pieces came from generations before her; others were souvenirs or gifts from milestones I know only through family retellings. Wearing them now feels like continuing a lineage, a quiet way of keeping her part of my daily life. This collection honors her legacy and the spark she unknowingly gave me.

Everyday Collection

The Everyday Collection brings together the pieces I reach for most often, jewelry I’ve chosen for myself alongside heirlooms that have naturally woven into my daily life. Some pieces are recent, selected because they reflect who I am now. Others come from my grandmother’s collection, so familiar and grounding that they’ve become part of my everyday rhythm. Among them is a locket holding my dog’s fur, created to keep him close after he passed.

I see this collection as a bridge between past and present. It holds heirlooms already rich with history, alongside pieces whose stories are just beginning. One day, I hope what I’ve added will move naturally into the Heirloom Collection, carrying my memories forward the same way my grandmother’s pieces now carry hers.

Travel Collection

The Travel Collection brings together pieces tied to the places I’ve wandered and the people I met along the way. These are souvenirs that became more than souvenirs: copper cuffs from Marrakesh markets, beach glass gathered along the shores of France and Italy, a delicate bracelet from Rome, and greenstone gifted by family in Aotearoa. Each piece carries the texture of its origin, the hum of a marketplace, the salt of an unfamiliar coastline, the warmth of a shared moment far from home.

I love how this collection maps my life beyond where I live. Every piece holds a landscape, a memory, a person. Together, they form a constellation of places that shaped me, chosen not only for their beauty, but for the moments they represent. Wearing them is like carrying a small part of the world with me.
